So tomorrow is my official 3 month marker. It is way wierd to think about. I have decided to save the top of soda cans as my counter. Everyday I am out I add a soda top to a string. Anyways...
We have had a great week. The lord has given us an incredible family to teach. their names are gina and tino. they have been so receptive to our message and came to church yesterday! it was wonderful. Our ward is growing and the two baptisms that we have scheduled for this saturday are looking more and more solid. So pray for them. The names are Winces Soto and Moises Lopez. Thank you so much for the support. I have seen the difference as we pray as a family for success in the lords work. I am so grateful for everything you all do!
So fun times yesterday! It snowed like crazy! I have some awesome pictures that i will be sending through email this next week. I realized i forgot my usb cable today. haha. Well it may sound odd... but i really really missed the snow! My companion and I had a total blast playing in it! Church was cancelled after the first hour because people in Georgia dont know how to drive in it! they dont even have any snow plows. I was grateful I was driving because im used to it and My companion is not. Who knows how he would have done. haha. he is from cali.
I am sorry my punctuation and grammer is terrible but i am typing as fast as i can to get more in. I am learning more and more everyday. Especially from my companion. He is so wonderful. Knows how to work hard and have fun doing it. So i have been so blessed to be with him. It is funny though... Had we never become companions we probably never would have become friends. I love how the lord will make you work with whom he chooses.
The economy seems to be a common worry among our investigators. Many without work, money, or even food. It has been difficult. I pray that the lord will bless those who begin to act upon our message so they will realize it is coming from the lord. Anyways... Time is short.
Everyone else... Write me. haha.
Much love
Elder Delgado.
