Hello Everybody,
So to be honest this week was not the greatest. The weekend just didnt go anything like we planned. We have been working really hard though. Fortunately for us we were able to have 35 lessons this week which is a record for our companionship. We want to hit 40 this week which will just leave us absolutely drained. Oh well, that is the mission life i guess.
Last night we recieved mission transfer phone calls. Neither me or Elder McDonald will be transferred but during interviews with President King he told me that for the June 10th transfer the entire mission will be changing. Which means I will probably go to a new area. I love this area alot and we will see what happens. Elder McDonald only has 2 transfers left! It is crazy! He is awesome and it is hard to think about the day we will be separated. Luckily for us (and our area) the lord has blessed us with at least six more weeks together!
Lets see, we have been working hard to find some new people to teach and so far we have been doing well. Every one we are teaching right now is kind of preliminary but we pray that they will begin to progress. Hopefully we will begin to see some results. I will let you know how it all goes. We have been working hard on Francisco, Guadalupe, and Alejandro. They are great family and yesterday we spent some time with Alejandro. It was good because we really got to connect with him as we had him play his guitar for us. He is only fifteen so we are trying to get him interested in any way we can. What it seems like though is that he likes talking to us and he even prayed as we left yesterday.
well, I have been really tired lately. We have been working so much that it makes it tiresome. I was also sick all week so that might be part of the problem. haha. anyways... I am feeling better now and i think this week i will rock and roll with elder McDonald.
Well that is really all for this week. I want to give a big thanks to Francys. I got the package and it was great. Made me happy to feel the love and support. No worries sis... someday i will write... i have started. I felt impressed to tell you some things because you are a great example to me in my life. Thank you for your love in the gospel. I love you and the rest of the family so much! thank you everyone! well... I'm am going to go now. hopefully your not all upset that this is sort of short.
p.s. some emails from y'all would be nice every now and then. even though i cant write back to them all its nice to hear individually how your doing! much love! Enjoy the pictures!
