Off to the MTC...

Today my little brother ventured into the MTC (Missionary Training Center) in Provo, UT. He spent the last few days saying goodbye to his closest friends and to family. He was set apart last night and had his Patriarchal blessing done on Sunday, nothing like waiting until the last minute, huh? Silly boy! He said it was easy saying goodbye at first, but then it hit him and tears streamed down. He has always been such a tender-hearted person. He has a beautiful testimony of the Gospel and he is so in tune with the Spirit. He will definitely be changing many people's lives in Atlanta, Georgia...besides his own, as well. He is setting up some big footprints to follow, being the first pioneer in our family to serve a full-time mission. We are so very proud of his choices and well thought out plans for the future. He is very smart and talented. It is a blessing to know that he is doing the right thing, at the right time and in the right place. I will surely miss him, but I look forward to hearing all about his mission and already to his return. I love you Erick! You are a true follower of Christ!
P.S...I am hoping to post pictures soon of him at the MTC...
